Ministry of Foreign Affairs
After graduation from the Law School of Tehran University, Asghar parsa entered the service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As the deputy for the office of Treaties he oversaw many signing ceremonies like this. Here Mr. Hossein Ala, the Foreign Minister (later Prime Minister) is signing with an unknown foreign delegation. First one from left is Mr. Hassan-Ali Mansour who later became Prime Minister and was assasinated in 1964.
Asghar Parsa joined his former professor of Tehran Law School, Dr. Shayegan, in taking Iran's legal petition to the World Court in The Hague on the oil dispute with the British.
